השכרנו רכב מ ה12-17/12/2025 הופתענו לגלות בזמן ההשכרה שהם מחייבים עבור שטיפת הרכב 15 יורו או שנותנים את האופציה לשטוף לבד (דבר שהוא לא הגיוני) לא מבין ממתי מחייבים עבור שטיפה שגם ככה קבלנו את הרכב והוא בטוח לא היה אחרי שטיפה... דבר נוסף קבלתי דוח חניה ששולמה באופן עצמאי כבר למחרת הדוח ועוד לפני החזרת הרכב, לאחר חזרתי לארץ הופתעתי לגלות שחוייבתי ב 70 יורו עבור דמי טיפול בדוח,(מזכיר שלא היה טיפול מכיוון שהוא שולם באופן עצמאי. עד לרגע זה איני מצליח לקבל תשובות למה חייבו אותי וגם אם זה בטעות אז למה לא מחזירים. בכל אופן מציע לשקול האם הייתם רוצים להסתבך עם חברה שלא עונה ל10 הודעות במייל. I had a highly disappointing experience with this rental service, and it will be my first and last time using it. Upon collecting the vehicle, I was unexpectedly required to argue at the counter because my Spanish bank-issued credit card did not have embossed numbers. Despite my card containing my full name and matching all necessary details, they insisted this was an issue. When I requested clarification on where this requirement was stated in their policy, they reluctantly proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, upon returning the car, I was charged €15 for cleaning because customers are expected to wash and clean the interior before return. This policy is particularly absurd during Lithuania’s wet winter months, where it’s inevitable that shoes bring in dirt and moisture. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to return a spotless car — regular vacuuming between rentals should be standard practice. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid it. Rodyti mažiau

Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. I was positively surprised with TopRent (Admita). Picking up was fast and painless, dropping off fast too. The car was clean, but wasn’t new and had scratches, but then it was the cheapest option among all other reliable rentals, ao can’t complain really. I’ll definitely consider them for my future trips to Lithuania. Rodyti mažiau

Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Rodyti mažiau

When I got the car I was told that my own share for damages is a maximum of 300 euros. But because of one damage that another car was at fault and a damage report was written, a full 600 euros were deducted which was the deposit!!!! Rodyti mažiau

Well where do we begin…to get the car is like signing a mortgage agreement, just takes longer. We have an app to speed up, that has…nothing. Hey we get the car rubbish breaks but, filter changed few years ago but at least matches the environment. So guy asked me if to return it clean if not be 15 euro to clean it. Inside was clean, outside is snowing…entire road is sh…even in the parking is sh…how to return it clean - wipe it in the parking? So we charge 30 :) welcome to the jungle. Rodyti mažiau
