Данная компания не возвращает депозит! 31 июля арендовали машину на 4 дня! Сегодня уже 18 сентября! Депозит так и не вернулся на карту! 24 августа были в Вильнюсе, но девушка в офисе ничего нам не могла сказать, не владела информацией (по ее словам проблема в нашем банке). В банке денег нет. На сообщения по эл.почте они не отвечают. if you don’t have credit card you need to pay 200€ more. Then you have to ask for your deposit which was not automatically released and they sent it weeks to late. And now they charge extra 75€ for a parking ticket which I showed them in advance. I could not pay it directly because I wasn't owner of the car. So I was forced to wait and get charged 75€ on top of the parking ticket from the car rental. 75€ to open a letter and forward an email to me. Rodyti mažiau

Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau
