Perfect not only professionally but also personally. My Greek friend was driving in the Baltic countries like in Greece and got a lot of fines. So, according to the agreement, he had to pay a lot of administration fees, 75 eur for each fine. But the company paid attention at the fact that he was in Lithuania for the first time and without me and without any Lithuanian friends and didn't understand everything and sometimes was given the wrong info and etc, and reduced those administration fees from 75 eur to 50 eur... Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Rodyti mažiau

1- we’ve reserved toyota rav4 2- after arrival we received nissan qasqai and rav4 was offered for additional 30eur because they have hybrid only. Good help from the staff. We got a nice car. What I didn’t like was that we need to take an additional insurance. It looked like it was compulsory. We already had an insurance from booking.com now we had double and paid double… Rodyti mažiau

The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted. Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam. Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you. (Answer to admita): Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee. Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau
