Renters bewareAlthough the staff are pleasant, service is quite slow. When returning the vehicle there were at least 4 other people in the back at one point with only one person at the front desk. Had to wait 25 minutes to collect my invoice and complain that they forgot to include a snow brush/ ice scrapper in my vehicle for my rental. I had to buy one out of pocket at the gas station the next day.If you rent a vehicle with a credit card that has accident coverage and damage waiver protection like I have available through my personal business credit card provider, then do you typically decline the rental agency's coverage right? That was my case with a recent rental through Admita. Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented was returned with a scratched front bumper and therefore I was on the hook for the damages. I've rented many vehicles over the years for business purposes and sometimes accidents happen and we pay for the consequences. But here's where you can tell rental car companies apart from one another:Good Rental Agencies:Will often withhold charging the renter for damages for period of up to a couple of weeks until a repair estimate can be obtained for accident claim proof. They do have your credit card on file so it's not like you won't pay at some point.Bad Rental Agencies:They inform you of the damage, add an administrative fee for inspecting the damage (themselves), arbitrarily come up with a damage amount, and do not provide you with a repair estimate for your insurer to validate the claim.Admita falls under the bad rental agency group for that reason. I was charged 1,060 Euro 4 days after returning the vehicle for a scratch to a bumper which will never get fixed. I'm not a body repair person, but something tells me they're going to pocket the amount and carry on like nothing happened.Will Admita provide a damage repair estimate? If they don't because it says in their contract they're not obligated to, then all the more reason steer clear from renting any vehicle from these guys. Rodyti mažiau

Читая отзывы об этой компании, опасался ,что мой депозит не вернётся или вернётся сильно уменьшиным. На деле оказалось, что деньги на карту вернулись в полном объеме через 10 дней. Более того , поскольку я машину вернул раньше срока , мне вернули и половину стоимости суточной аренды. Поэтому задержка по депозиту вина явно не Адмиты. Rodyti mažiau

1- we’ve reserved toyota rav4 2- after arrival we received nissan qasqai and rav4 was offered for additional 30eur because they have hybrid only. What a surprise 3- cleaning car fee :) each time im taking car from rental via Enterprise its some surprise :) No way booking this company ever again:) for the rest of people 😆 think twice before you choose this company (estonia was similar experience) Rodyti mažiau

I’ve been using Admita Car Rental for the past two years and have hired cars from them multiple times with absolutely no issues. The customer service is always excellent — friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The cars are clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, with a smooth and hassle-free pickup and return process every time. Prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises, which is something I really appreciate. I do not recommend the company! I took the car to wash it before taking back after the rental period! They charged me with an extra 15 EUR for washing the car because as per their view it wasn’t as clean as before…Also there was a deposit which was clearly stated in the e-mail that will be 100 EUR, however when we arrived they wanted 300 EUR…If you don’t want hidden fees, choose a different company please! 🤞 Rodyti mažiau

Admita (Enterprise Car Rental), Vilnius I’ve been renting with Admita for 10+ years and they remain the best in Vilnius for quality and price. The team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy—I’ve never had any nonsense around “mystery scratches” or surprise damage claims. Pick-up and drop-off are smooth and on time. Fleet is mostly solid mid-range cars (VW Passat, Škoda Superb, Toyota RAV4). I’d love to see a premium/luxury option (Lexus, BMW, etc.) in the future. Only caveat: there’s a €15 cleaning fee unless you return the car completely clean inside and out. It would be great if this were clearly stated in the booking flow. Overall, a reliable, fairly priced rental company with excellent service. Well done, team. Rodyti mažiau
