I rented a car from Admita car rental at Vilnius Airport — everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the terminal. The service is fast and professional, with no unnecessary formalities. There’s a great selection of cars to choose from. Returning the car was quick and easy, only took a few minutes. They gave us a car with so many scratches and also they stole our sunglasses. We called the same day to the customer service and explained that we left our sunglasses in the car but they didn't even bother to follow up and asked us to send an email. We sent two emails and also called 2 times but no reply. Our sunglasses were worth almost €400. After one week they sent an email that they didn't find anything. I travel frequently around the world for business and I can say, this is not a trustworthy comapny that an employee steals easily and the company doesn't take any ownership. Rodyti mažiau

Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau

השכרנו רכב מ ה12-17/12/2025 הופתענו לגלות בזמן ההשכרה שהם מחייבים עבור שטיפת הרכב 15 יורו או שנותנים את האופציה לשטוף לבד (דבר שהוא לא הגיוני) לא מבין ממתי מחייבים עבור שטיפה שגם ככה קבלנו את הרכב והוא בטוח לא היה...Rodyti daugiau
השכרנו רכב מ ה12-17/12/2025 הופתענו לגלות בזמן ההשכרה שהם מחייבים עבור שטיפת הרכב 15 יורו או שנותנים את האופציה לשטוף לבד (דבר שהוא לא הגיוני) לא מבין ממתי מחייבים עבור שטיפה שגם ככה קבלנו את הרכב והוא בטוח לא היה אחרי שטיפה... דבר נוסף קבלתי דוח חניה ששולמה באופן עצמאי כבר למחרת הדוח ועוד לפני החזרת הרכב, לאחר חזרתי לארץ הופתעתי לגלות שחוייבתי ב 70 יורו עבור דמי טיפול בדוח,(מזכיר שלא היה טיפול מכיוון שהוא שולם באופן עצמאי. עד לרגע זה איני מצליח לקבל תשובות למה חייבו אותי וגם אם זה בטעות אז למה לא מחזירים. בכל אופן מציע לשקול האם הייתם רוצים להסתבך עם חברה שלא עונה ל10 הודעות במייל. Very bad experience. Was asked to pay additional fee for cleaning a car - which was not mentioned in car rental conditions. Some parts of the car were not clean upon pick up.

Beautiful car with unlimited miles. I rented a GPS, too, which is a must if you would like to visit small villages around the countryside. A fabulous vacation for me. I will choose Enterprise when I return. Thank you!

Decent enough franchise of Alamo & Enterprise. Cars consistently in good condition and clean, staff professional. Beware of late collection fee c15-20€ and fine admin fee of 50€.
