Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. When I got the car I was told that my own share for damages is a maximum of 300 euros. But because of one damage that another car was at fault and a damage report was written, a full 600 euros were deducted which was the deposit!!!! Rodyti mažiau

I have rented a few times from Alamo / Admita. Generally was ok. On my last rental I been charged for cleaning charge after the bird strike. Despite having full insurance and an initial report from Admita that the front bumper is scratched (accident covered by insurance), later I was issued a cleaning charge without any explanation or substantiation. I received no replies to my emails. During a call with an Admita employee, I was told that the charges against me were incorrect. However, the next day, another employee strongly denied the previous day's call, sticking to the unreasonable charges. After four days of chasing for cleaning substantiation, I was finally sent a picture of what was supposedly damaged, along with irrelevant receipts that had nothing to do with the charges. Very poor communication and a lack of understanding that charges need to be explained to the customer in a detailed way before deducting the money, and not to hide behind ‘no reply’ emails. This is the last time I rented a car through Alamo/Admita. Update on the previous review: Admita had come back and solved the issue. Rodyti mažiau

if you don’t have credit card you need to pay 200€ more. Then you have to ask for your deposit which was not automatically released and they sent it weeks to late. And now they charge extra 75€ for a parking ticket which I showed them in advance. I could not pay it directly because I wasn't owner of the car. So I was forced to wait and get charged 75€ on top of the parking ticket from the car rental. 75€ to open a letter and forward an email to me. Rodyti mažiau

VW Tiguan SUV was comfortable for 4 adults with luggage for 1 week. Car was clean. I recommend their $15 euro cleaning fee to not deal with having to return a car wash clean and clean interior - a quirky and unexpected requirement. Rodyti mažiau

In general happy with the service. One thing I did not like was that you are not able to secure exact make and model of the vehicle but only the class. You get a random vehicle from the class but not what you choose during the online booking process. Rodyti mažiau

Читая отзывы об этой компании, опасался ,что мой депозит не вернётся или вернётся сильно уменьшиным. На деле оказалось, что деньги на карту вернулись в полном объеме через 10 дней. Более того , поскольку я машину вернул раньше срока , мне вернули и половину стоимости суточной аренды. Поэтому задержка по депозиту вина явно не Адмиты. Rodyti mažiau
